hate this shit weather. everytime when im training, it will be extra hot and sunny and shiny. and everytime i dont train, it will be nice cool and breezy, with a few drizzles and gales (like during swift wtf!) and oh i wanna talk about swift no more cos i sucked.

had some damn imba chris tan extra lesson today which lasted for 3hrs before going training. as usual, it was burning and i spent most of the time residing under the big yet not-so-gay umbrella. but oooops, i threw a 45? hahaha yeah not bad lah, it certainly did enliven me for a few minutes, but it was the only good throw out of like 15? and i threw 15 in total, not cos im slacking, but more like i feel im gonna injure myself soon, so its better to umm, slack in the gym more often.

phy is freaking hard. my god how?!?! i dunno why but i was like super happy when roy said that he issnt gonna give a shit about the cts. hmmm, i was so on the verge of saying, me too me too! but awww, cant let my muggin hrs go to waste yeah... or maybe i should just follow kunalan's imba advice: rest train rest mug rest train rest mug.....

omg track camp! fux! dont think its gonna be very exciting, but heck... hmm theres gonna be some talk by some random guy on monday, nothing much. tuesday IS the hardcore day. lets see...

7am: light breakfast (who the hell eat so slow..)
8am: study (i tot we're only starting after camp?)
9am: light training (wow nice hardcore i like)
1130am: wash up (what! 30mins only??)
1200pm: lunch, eat out (impressive, 1 hr to walk,queue,eat)
1pm: motivation talk and analysis of team's standing by Mr John Seem (LMAO!!!)
2pm: training (duh!)
6pm: wash up (nice! 1 hr!)
7pm: dinner, order in (ok...)
8pm: study & team bonding activities (scammers! must well just cancel the study right...)
1030pm: lights out! (nice and early, i like)

nothing much on wed too, except the whole team is gonna have lunch tgt at J8 (wow, got space.....) hmm things to bring for the camp:

1. 4 sets of training attire (siao so many?!?)
2. At least $50 for meals
3. Toiletries
4. Sufficient underwear/socks for entire camp
5. Clothes/Sleeping attire
