yepp, had nat juniors today. thanks all who msged me and wished me goodluck, cos like i've said, i really need it.

went there real early and ivan recommended that we drink redbull to perhaps throw further? dont really know whether it is of any help, but i was demoralized by this big bulky macho acjc jave thrower when i reached there. he was like flicking 30+ and he was wearing a belt! helloooo.... only pros wear belt. and the sad thing is that all my competitors, apart from ivan and sam (i think) are bigger than me. and sam had this softball friend who can throw 39 using his unorthodox softball technique.

anyway i qualified on my 1st throw. 38 or 39 i think.... more than enuff to beat the 30.07 qualifying mark. then threw my furthest, 41.56 on my second (: screwed up the 3rd, and a 40.70 on my 4th. and guess what?!?!? i got 4th!!!! but i must admit i was damn tyco. the 5th and 6th threw like 41.44 and 41.3+ respectively. the 1st and 2nd place went to hcjc obviously, while some poly guy got 3rd. all of them are damn big la!!! wth! and they threw damn freaking far, like 47,46,46++

nvm, i shall train harder. alr im starting to go for morning trainings, but i hate it when i have to bathe asap after that and rush for flag raising. and i injured my groin :x em what do u call that? groin strain? dunno la, but its the exact same problem that i had during nats last year. only difference is that it didnt screw me this time. wheeew! thank god! but it hurts even more now ):

amelia told me that i keep hopping before i throw. or at least sth like that. which is exactly the same thing i do whenever i do my standing board jump. i tend to hop a little just before i jump, so my dist is real sucky. i jumped 238 for napfa, but i really need to jump 246 for an A. if i dont get A, then i wont be motivated to get an A for my 2.4. so im planning to retake, anyway i have to retake since i cant run within a week after my stations.

and yay!

i have a new excuse for PE on monday.

stupid ):

ohman, next week is gonna suck hard. how i wish i can just précis it. theres like chem spa tmr, econs test on tues, maths tutorial on tues (ps: im not like someone who finished it long ago), maths assign and PI on thurs!!! wtf, and it doesnt help that i have to go down to support the x-country ppl on wed. well, not say i dont like them or wad, but it just came at the wrong time... i thought i can throw some sticks on wed, since the main field is gonna be empty, but nooooo....

and i havent been throwing my 800g javelins, cos i dont really like to demoralise myself. and shit! i have to throw 800s for juniors next week. haha rold told me that he screwed up. he threw 8m for the 5kg shot puts? omg! thats damn loser ok... even i threw 8.75 for a 5.65kg shot puts last year. but its ok man, screwing up is part of our life. just hope that i dont do it during chem spa tmr. damn stress ok!

oh fux! i just realised that i never do my physics tutorial! !^!$(&!%!(&%#!(%#(!%#(!#% arhghghghghhghghgghhg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and come to think of it, why did i take it in the 1st place?!?!?!? its all zhizhi's fault! shit u! i still rmbed that day i was outside the general office with my subj combi form. i clearly wrote bcme, since my phy. stinks. who wouldnt take bio instead of phy if u got 86 for bio and 69 for the latter. then, the idiot came, after i alr submitted my form. somehow, he managed to persuade me to change to phy with the help of some other pp. omg, couldnt believe that i actually took the trouble and begged the lady to return my form, changed it and submit again.

to put it in simple english, physics sucks!

and ohhhhhh shit! theres NAPFA tmr!??!?!?!? my goddddddd, there is standing board jump!!!!! yea i cant think of a 100% sure win imba excuse tmr, so im highly likely to do PE. but im still gonna try my noobshit luck and say "hi sir, u are very handsome today, can i not do napfa cos i fell and sliced my arm last time while doing sbj and thus the phobia and its not very nice since i have competition on sat?" nvm i still practiced damn hard on sat for sbj, but i just cant get the right technique!!!! i dont know why but i always land like an elephant... and thus the 200-220s. and tmr is the last throwing session b4 juniors, which means if my rocket screw up, then my morale will be at rock bottom for the entire week. which is very highly if i do PE tmr, cos i have super lousy stamina if u didnt know alr. on sat we were like doing leg drills b4 throwing and i died after the leg drills? had to buy h2Os and slack in the gym for a while before i feel a little fresher to do my throws, which didnt last very long either.

eh crap, why am i rubbishing here where i can save my ass by doing abit of mugging which probably wouldnt help much.....

funny eh?

havent been blogging for like a few weeks, or issit days? nvm, thats not impt, last week was kinda hectic cos of the track exco interview. haha, i think i screwed up real bad :x they ask all the stupid shits in the world and i just happily stoned for most of the interview. then thursday was crap.... saw the trackers practicing their standing board jump, so i decided to go there and lose face. i keep jumping around the 200cm mark ok! damn demoralising, freaking sad! then during warm up, i went to practice my own sbj on some rough pebble ground as i tot i will have a lower chance of slipping that way. but no! i managed to jump so hard that i lost my balance, and errrrrr.... fell? and hence the elbow cut. i forced myself to believe its just a minor scratch, and hardcored gym after that. then when i got home, it was still bleeding and got pretty ugly. that explains all, so stop asking me abt it!!!! and its black/purple/rotten cos i applied some stupid blue solution which will help the wound heal faster.

anyway, its ok now. i think. i went training ystd with my rotten elbow and still managed to throw 41?!?! wow, i rock! maybe when its less rotten, i can finally hit the 45m mark? haha ok i admit thats bullshit, cos actually i changed my run up after coach screwed me upside down for throwing off course consistently. i decided to adopt the rocket style where i start all the way from the very end and hardcore sprint through at max speed. and it works! hahaha, paralympics style!

knew my pw grp too, and imo, although it may not be the best, its certainly not the worst. but then, damn sian ah! its 4 girls and 1 guy :x what kind of randomisation (lol got such a word? hmm.... nvm nvm...) is this!?!??! but 3 of them are in manly CCAs, with the likes of canoeing and judo, so somehow that will help to balance the sex ratio (:

and ps: no offence, its just a bad joke to console myself.

and i shall continue to pon PEs. i've alr made up excuses to excuse myself for 2 more weeks of Pe. seriously pe is damn lame. you just run and do silly exercises like pull ups, which totally reminds me of canoeing training. which happens to be very ***** too imo.
