hi guys

it has been awhile since my last post. seems like my blog is collecting dust again. ohwell....

anyway it has been quite a slack holiday. nothing much to do, train twice a week, go out happy happy once in a while, stone at home most of the time. haha lets see what i do at home. ummmm to be honest i do watch alot of shit on my com. eg heroes season II, prison break season III (damn the writer's guild strike) gossip girl, gundam 00, watch dota league replays? (okay i know that damn lifeless but it can spice up my boring life abit) and well... game with rold and co. alright, thats not very happening.

on the other hand class chalet was abit more happening? right? oh comon it wasnt that bad and we had fun. and many thanks to sean for bringing his much needed xbox and mahjong set or else we will just rot through the night. and oh my, fatty crashed our party. haha i wonder why (: of course not to forget darryl and his obscene sms which i saw. *ahemahem* naughty boy. we were pretty bonded when we watched heroes on tv together but fell apart when some of us decided to play soccer on xbox which was freaking boring according to the girls. ohwell.... had bbq the next day, cycled to repair fatty's loser bike (see ivan i dont comment on other ppl i keep it to myself) and slept. yeah thats about it all

anyway had my op dry run today. not that bad lah but it was seriously boring man. like i had to sit through 7hrs of boring speeches and omg i cant even pon cos im the last presenter of the last group to present...

k anyway thats over so hmmm lets see, hows my gymming so far? i guess ummm quite decent? no? like i gymmed three times since august (wow) and i get real dizzy everytime i do the back extension thing? and that changyi guy issnt helping by opening the gym at 2 plus and closing it at 5? omg! i cant even find a decent time to gym this week!

umm well check on my weight again. hahaha why so bo liao arh? hahaha i also dunno leh (= nvm, it read 64.5kg. i was like omgwth i can win the most consistent weight award already lah. seriously, my weight hasnt been fluctuating much since sec4, no matter how much i wished it would. i ate like a pig last time, well almost like a pig* but to no avail. oh so i was a porky too :D
my stubborn body just wouldnt take that extra few kgs. anyway incase u didnt know, ive given up on gaining weight already. one less thing to worry about anyway.

oh im gonna saikang for ihc tnf tmr. haha that means standing under the vicious sun for (um lets see) 3 long freakin hrs! amg where is my big blue gay umbrella!!! on a side note, things look pretty cool screwed cos i dont even have the bloody namelist, so in other words, anybody can just come and bribe me btw 2 bucks can already and then throw for his/her house. anybody!

ok nvm. theres physics spa tmr, as in the real one!! so that means i have to start my warm up tonight hahaha.

my juniors target for eoy is 48m for jave. surely i must hit somewhere around there as well or it'll be damn no face. no choice man, guess i'll have to go for all the trgs in the world, which means that i cmi for next weds cip hooray!

oh i took napfa today! straight As until 2.4. haii hvnt been running in a long long time, thus no surprise that i didnt do that well. did a 10.41 (oh fux missed by 10s), ran till i almost foamed and died, esp on my last lap where i tried to hardcore chiong, but too bad my lungs were burnt already.

wanted to play vball next week, but it clashes with the track clinic. haii see! life is tough ): dunno if i should sign up for ihc shot put cos i-am-a-javelin-thrower so its damn-unfair-if-i-throw-shot-put.

had hardcore bday party at fatty's house on sat. it was seriously, hardcore! cabbed to his house from gombak mrt, and i think i got scammed, 4bucks. wth! nvm nvm, watched them play dota, poker, drink vodka (pls i didnt drink me good boy), watched some gay videos, blades of glory, played nice ownage black jack where i won 10 bucks out of nothing, played rolds imba ps2 where i owned most of the time. did alot of weird and stupid stuff too. guess i was abit drunk yeah....

i hate blogging about nats cos i always screw up after that... nonetheless im still gonna say something about it cos i dont believe in this kind of rubbish. chances of me getting into top 8 is very slim, but heck lah just do my best lor. im gonna start training with the new gym caretaker who is a freaking imba thrower for his size. pump abit of gym only since gym issnt that useful after all. im gonna do 200m, 100m,50m sprints instead cos i run like some tortoise. okok but first i needa concentrate on tmr's nats! no pressure, no sweat. then after that i can train under my former coach mr ng! omg rocks, can train with martin and xw again hahaha back to the ri days....
